Keda(Anhui) CLEAN ENERGY Company provides solution of centralized gas supply construction projects for large industrial park , the coal using of decentralized enterprises will be centralized control for clean gas, so that the dispersion of pollution sources (dust, tar, sulfur, phenol and cyanide) will have an environmental treatment from online monitoring of front-end , which can solve the problem of enterprise's fuel supply and environmental protection and also bring enormous social, environmental and economic benefits for enterprises.

Project Reference:

The first phase construction of 20 sets of circulating fluidized
gasificier system of KEDA(shenyang project) supplied gas to Faku Ceramic Industrial Park in OCT.2012, with annual output capacity of 1 billion 296 million Nm3,  the heat value is more than 1600kcal/ Nm3 with the mixture that oxygen enriched air and steam as gasification agent.

Honor:

This project
is one of the key projects in LiaonNing province, 20 x 10 knm3 / h clean coal gasification system for construction project, was recognized as Practical Technology Demonstration Project for Environmet Protection in 2014.

Circulating Fluidized Gasifier 

Gasification mode:Rich oxygen gasification or the pure oxygen gasification.

Clean and environmental-frendly: pollution control is good; H2S≤20mg/Nm3  dust≤10mg/Nm3; 
 

Efficient: High gasification temperature. Less slag and fly ash; carbon conversion rate increasedto 98%;
 

Strong adaptability to coal: the pulverized coal gasification technology;  quality requirement range is extensive;

Compared with the technology of Shell and Texaco, the costs of construction and operation reduced greatly and the downstream gas users match the process


Process description:

It contains gasification system, desulfurization system, gas pressure system, pneumatic conveying system, water treatment system, DCS control system, etc.

After crushing and sieving, the coal (size≤10mm) is carried to coal scuttle by the belt conveyors, and then conveyed to gasifier ; reacts with the gasification agent (air or oxygen-enriched air and steam ) which was preheated to 720℃ roughly through heat exchanger Ⅰ. In the gasifier , the temperature is about 950℃, and the streams are in the fluidization state. So the tar ,phenol and cyanide decompose completely.

Coal gas flows through cyclone separator, heat exchanger Ⅰ, heat exchanger Ⅱ, fly-ash filter and heat exchanger Ⅲ for cooling down and dust removal. After desulphurization and compression, the gas can be sent to users.

Process description:


On the basis of the clean coal gasification technology, the company has developed a new type of coal gasification technology---entrained-flow Gasifier, which uses coal gasification technology. Entrained-flow bed gasification system consists of grinding system of coal, pulverized coal gasification system, pneumatic conveying systems, water treatment systems, DCS control systems, oxygen system components.

After the coal mill system, the qualified pulverized coal grindeing is conveyed by nitrogen gas to the burners, then into the gasifier for mixing up with the gasification agent (oxygen and steam), the liquid slag produced during the redox reaction will flow down into the slag pool.  
 

Coal gas flows through the gasifisier bottom to enter series of the heat exchanger I, the heat exchanger II, the heat exchanger III, the heat exchanger IV, fly ash filter system, the desulfurization system for temperature drop, dedustingg desulphurization, then the clean gas is sent to users.
