01 HLT & DLT's 100,000-ton Fully Automated Glazing System Successfully Launched at SinoCera Create-Tide
On August 20, KEDA Industrial Group's associate company, SinoCera Create-Tide, celebrated the grand opening of its new Foshan base and the launch of a 100,000-ton annual capacity automatic glazing batching system designed and manufactured by HLT & DLT. The ceremony took place at the KEDA Equipment's Foshan Industrial Park in Lubao Town, Sanshui District.
As the core machinery of the new base, the system enables precise batching in ceramic glaze production, meeting large-scale production demands. It automatically and accurately weighs and mixes various glaze raw materials according to preset formulas. This ensures the stability of glaze composition and performance, enhancing ceramic products' quality and consistency.
The fully automatic glazing batching system is ideal for ceramic manufacturing sectors including building ceramics, sanitary ware, and tableware. Additionally, it is applicable to a wide range of fields such as new energy cathode and anode materials, advanced refractory materials, and photovoltaic materials.
