In the past, the control mode of AAC production line was mainly decentralized control with separate control operation tables distributed in different corners of the production line, which is not good for the visual management of the whole plant. In order to improve the monitoring, operation and management level of production process, KEDA SUREMAKRE put forward the central control room.
The man-machine separation is realized by the visual man-machine interface in the central control room, which greatly ensures the safety of labour, reduces the labour cost and improves the overall automation level of the production line. Meanwhile, the central control room is located above the pre-curing room and grouping section before autoclave, which widens the perspective through making full use of the area and shows the modern sense of science and technology.
